About Kelly Barrett

Kelly was born and raised in Haddonfield, NJ, a small town outside of Philadelphia. She was an athlete growing up and found a passion for rowing during her freshman year of high school. She went on to row for a Division One program and coached in college.

In 2009, Kelly moved to Oregon to pursue her dream of being closer to nature. Guided by her love of physical movement and her natural intuition for the body, she enrolled in the East West College's massage program. Practicing full-time since 2012, Kelly has studied Thai massage extensively, having traveled to Thailand twice, studying at four different schools. She is well-versed in other deep tissue techniques, including shiatsu, craniosacral, gua sha, and cupping. Her goal is for each client to leave feeling better than when they came in, with a restored sense of connection to their body, mind, and spirit.

In Kelly's free time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors- hiking, running, backpacking, stand-up paddle boarding, and camping with her husband, Dr. Joe Haugh and their two dogs Luna and Bodhi. She also enjoys cooking and baking and she practices yoga and meditation regularly. She feels a profound connection to the Pacific Northwest and plans to continue exploring the area as much as possible.
